The selected individual has either overcome physical or mental challenges to embrace education and the opportunities it can bring or has volunteered at least 100 hours in their community to make a difference in the life of a person or a society. Second and the bigger one of our two initiatives is a monthly Giving Day, when we donate a percentage of our sales to a charity we have partnered with for that month.
